How it works:

We ask you to commit to us a minimum of £30 a month by standing order. There are no joining fees or membership fees. This is your money, and you can choose to spend it when and on whatever you like:

In our Food Hall – In our Coffee Shop – Gift Vouchers & Greeting Cards – Vintage High Teas – large or small Catering Functions either in our Oak Room or your chosen venue

You might wish to let it accumulate and then use it to stock up on treats for a special occasion like Christmas, or perhaps you’d rather spend a little bit more regularly, for dinner parties, barbecues or family outings.

Q. Is there a joining fee, annual fee or any administration charges?

No, there are no hidden charges.

Q. I would love to shop regularly with you, but have difficulty in getting to you!

We do home deliveries. Orders can be placed via email or telephone.

Q. How do I know how much money is in my account?

Regular statements are sent to you showing ALL transactions. In addition, our shop staff can always tell you your balance, or you may phone or email us.

Q. How can you afford to give away benefits?

By not spending on advertising, we are able to give back in benefits to our committed customers.
